It came from wanting to feel better, do better, and reduce the harmful things I was putting into and on my body and reduce the impact on the planet. \ud83c\udf0d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">With chronic illness, fatigue, hormonal flare-ups, and trying to manage life without crashing, I wondered if what I was using every day might be making things worse\u2026spoiler alert\u2026 it probably was. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Cleaning Products: The First Things to Go! <\/strong>\ud83e\uddfc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The chemical smells from sprays and bleach made my head spin. I\u2019d feel dizzy and sick after cleaning, and with children and pets around, I worried about them getting sick or getting chemical burns from residue. So, I switched to plant-based, essential oil-infused, or chemical-free products. Most of my cleaning supplies now come from Young Living or are homemade, and I wouldn\u2019t go back. Thieves has been my go-to for over 5 years, and it saves me money. Win-win. I started reading labels, and I realized I didn\u2019t recognize half the ingredients I was putting on my skin, and the other half research told us how bad they were for us. \ud83d\ude2c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Now, I use low-toxin alternatives that are gentle, calming, and don\u2019t leave me itchy, dry, or flaring up. Plus, they smell way better!
